Workshops include Opening and Closing Ceremonies with Paulette, Gypsy Caravan technique, zills and drills, Indian fusion, basket, skirt, and new moves with Gypsy Caravan Dance Company certified instructors.
If you have family attending with you, you can purchase extra tickets for evening events (Saturday Hafla and Sunday's "Te Moana Nui" Polynesian Show) below, plus other optional events.
NOT INCLUDED: Transportation, Lodging, Tips, Tours, Food and Beverages, Collective Soul and Teacher Training intensives.
LOCATION: All events will take place at the Princess Kaiulani Hotel, 120 Kaiulani Ave, Honolulu HI USA (in Waikiki on Oahu). This 3 star hotel is located a block from the beach and next to the International Marketplace. All rooms have mini-frigs and coffee maker/tea service. Microwave oven and rollaway bed upon request.
Our hotel block may be accessed by calling the group reservation desk +1 808-921-4631 and referencing "Gypsy Caravan" (7 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon-Fri, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday HNL standard time). Our group rate is $180 per night for run of house, single or double occupancy, plus a reduced resort fee of $15 per room per night; tax additional, available through September 15. Each additional person (3rd and 4th) is $80 per night--rollaway bed by request (under 17 years with existing bedding is no extra charge). Want to upgrade to an Ocean View room? Ask when you call for reservations! Our hotel block also features discounted parking and reciprocal amenities at beachfront resorts (spa day, anyone?).
NEAREST AIRPORT: HNL. Approx. $16 each way for shuttle to the hotel.
(Note: although car rentals are not expensive, parking in Waikiki is! We’ve negotiated a reduced rate of $30 per night parking for our hotel guests booking through our block, but you certainly don’t need a car to get around Waikiki. Consider just picking a rental up for a day or so of sightseeing around the island, buying a ticket for the Trolley, or taking an uber or one of the many tours.)
